Upon full payment for a project, the custom source code and design deliverables will be transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio.

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

We typically require an upfront advance payment (usually 30-50%) before starting a project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final deployment. For bulk SMS and WhatsApp services, payments are strictly prepaid. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a custom service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexDev Software Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal or Odisha, depending on the registered entity handling the contract.
